2 Years...24 Months...96 Weeks...730 Days

Monday, November 15 was our 2 year anniversary <3!  A while back we promised each other that we weren't going to make a big deal out of it.  I suggested that we cook our own dinner so we could save money =P.  We were going to cook steak, make california rolls and make mochi =).  We ended up going out to dinner cuh it was on a monday and my babe had school and we didn't really have the time to cook =P.  We went to a place called "Sakae Sushi" on Route 66=).

Earlier that day, JC called me and asked me to meet him at my college parking lot.  He brought me balloons and roses =).  He's so sweet & romantic <3.

Even though we didn't make our mochi ice cream, we were still able to get our mouths on them!!!

After dinner, we went to Santa Anita mall and walked around.  We had a great night and a scrumdeliyumtious dinner!

Who is your hero?

     A hero doesn't have to ficticious.  A hero doesn't have to be someone like superman or wonderwoman.  It can just be someone who does good deeds or just a good samaritan. 

     My boyfriend's my hero.  Not cuh he's my boyfriend, buh cuh of the things he does and the type of person he is.

Senior Prom '09

       Yes, JC and I have been together for 2 years now =) (November 15, 2008).  We're both so glad to have made it this far.  It's true, we've had our ups and downs, buh what couple doesn't have those days?  Taylor Swift's song, "Mine", basically describes our relationship.  I'm one of those lucky girls who found one of those hard-to-find guys.  He's my best friend and I can talk to him about anything and he completely understands.  I love spending time with him, whether it's going out or laying on his bed watching silly movies. 

       Before him, I didn't think I would ever find the guy your mom used to tell you about when you hit puberty haha.  You know, those knight in shining armor guys, those chivalrous guys, and etc.  He was my first boyfriend that opened his car door for me and he still does it to this day!  At first, I didn't think we would've even made it past 3 months and after a year, I told him I expected him to leave me cuh that's what I was used to.  I've pushed him away so many times, and he never left.  

        I love him with everything and he is the most important person in my life after God.  He reminded me love exists and love does have a happy ending.  Just like what the song says, "You are the BEST thing, That's ever been MINE". <3

13 Days & Counting

This is where it all started.  Well, not really.  JC and I met through our good friend Enrey.  Enrey introduced me to him cuh I was celebrating my 18th birthday, and in the Filipino tradition, an 18 year old girl has an opportunity to celebrate her Debut.  JC was a ballroom choreographer and Enrey asked me if I needed a choreographer for the dances.  At first, I said no cuh I was trying not to spend money where it wasn't really needed.  Enrey asked me again and I changed my mind.  I still remember the 1st time we met.  I opened the door and there he was, with his eyes squinting cuh of the sun, and right when I caught his eye, I knew there was something about him, something different, something special.  And from that moment, I loved him.  I guess love at first sight really exists.  I met him at the end of July 2008 and we got together November 2008.  It took him a while to get my signals that I like him haha.  His reason was cuh I'm a "flirt".  Anyway, we have been through so much and I'm glad we're still standing.  So many things could've broken us, but didn't.  I love this guy with all of my heart and I would really be lost without him.  

13 more days until our 2 year anniversary.  And I hope there'll be more to come.  I love you JC Rosales! <3
